Notice on Real-name Authentication for Taiwan Individual Imported Express Shipment
In accordance with the announcement from The CustomsAdministration, Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, with immediate effect, allTaiwan individual imported express shipments require real-name authentication.If the consignee is an individual with household registration in Taiwan, theconsignee shall download the “EZWAY”real-name authentication APP (Androiddownload/ iOSdownload) on mobile phone and perform the online authenticationregistration. Sender must correctly fill in the consignee’s full name in Chinese and thebounded mobile number.
Additionally, the waybill information to Taiwan must meetwith the following specifications, otherwise shipment cannot be imported:
1. If shipment origin is from Mainland China(including Hong Kong and Macau regions), the Chinese name of the consigneeshould be filled in correctly;
2. The phone number of the consignee must be avalid Taiwan’stelephone number, e.g. 02-8765-4321 or 0912-345-678;
3. The consignee's name must match with the IDcard.

Personal shipment without real-name authentication andconfirmation of the corresponding consignee would not be accepted for importcustoms clearance
