  2. Shipping Instructions
    1. When we receive your order（Not including the Ordering days）, In-stock products will be prepared and packed in around 3 - 7 working days, and the delivery days will be based on the logistics you have chosen.
    2. Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 9: 30 - 17: 30; Saturday: 9:30 - 12:30.
    3. If we receive many orders during the holidays / any unexpected natural disaster, The preparation and delivery days will be delayed. (Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your patience is very much appreciated)
